El gobierno de Javier Milei entreg\u00f3 recientemente a la justicia de EE.UU. el Boeing 747 de la empresa comercial estatal venezolana que fuera secuestrado en Buenos Aires y de tenida su tripulaci\u00f3n sin motivo judicial ni administrativo alguno.<\/p>\n
Todo ocurri\u00f3 por una denuncia de la DAIA, seg\u00fan versiones. Luego de que nuestra Justicia realizara averiguaciones, detuviera a la tripulaci\u00f3n y allanara la aeronave venezolana, pasaron una infinidad de meses, con el agravante de que la tripulaci\u00f3n y empleados de la empresa propietaria del avi\u00f3n incluida una mujer, estuvieron bajo vigilancia y por un tiempo sin documentos, retenidos en un juzgado argentino. Un buen d\u00eda les fueron devueltos sus papeles y pertenencias, y sin procedimiento legal alguno fueron autorizados a dejar nuestro pa\u00eds, aunque sin el avi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
D\u00edas o semanas despu\u00e9s la aeronave fue entregada alegremente a la Justicia de EE.UU., que luego de retirarla procedi\u00f3 a desguazarla totalmente, por lo que Venezuela denunci\u00f3 un secuestro y reclam\u00f3 por da\u00f1os una indemnizaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 80 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
