En un importante paso hacia la regularizaci\u00f3n dominial y el fortalecimiento del acceso a la vivienda, el Gobierno de la Provincia del Neuqu\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 en el d\u00eda de hoy la entrega de 33 escrituras a familias de Villa La Angostura, en el marco de los programas impulsados por el Instituto Provincial de Vivienda y Urbanismo (IPVU) y la Agencia de Desarrollo Urbano Sustentable (ADUS).<\/p>\n

Participaron de la actividad el Gobernador de la Provincia del Neuqu\u00e9n, Rolando Figueroa; el Intendente de Villa La Angostura, Javier Murer; la Viceintendente, Tamara Mart\u00ednez; integrantes del Gobierno Provincial, entre ellos la Ministra de Infraestructura, Tanya Bertoldi; la Ministra de Turismo, Leticia Estevez; y la Diputada Provincial, Ver\u00f3nica Lichter. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes autoridades del IPVU y ADUS, como la Delegada local Elizabeth del Carmen Barria; las escribanas Bruce Carolina y Carolina Bianco; el Presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Sebasti\u00e1n Raimondo, junto a dem\u00e1s concejales; como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n funcionarios del Gabinete Municipal.<\/p>\n

Las escrituras entregadas corresponden a tr\u00e1mites iniciados y gestionados durante los a\u00f1os 2023, 2024 y 2025, alcanzando a beneficiarios pertenecientes a distintos planes de vivienda de la localidad, entre ellos El Mall\u00edn, Piedritas, 50 Viviendas FONAVI y Mut\u00e9n, reflejando el alcance territorial de esta pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica y el trabajo sostenido en distintos sectores urbanos de Villa La Angostura.<\/p>\n

Desde el Municipio destacaron la importancia de continuar articulando acciones junto al Gobierno Provincial para garantizar el acceso a derechos fundamentales y brindar seguridad jur\u00eddica a las familias angosturenses, consolidando as\u00ed pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que impactan directamente en la calidad de vida de la localidad.<\/p>\n
