f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz: 20 gr <\/p>\n
esencia de vainilla: 1 cdita. <\/p>\n
harina leudante: 300 gr <\/p>\n
az\u00facar: 200 gr <\/p>\n
leche: 200 ml <\/p>\n
huevos: 1 <\/p>\n
aceite neutro (ma\u00edz, girasol): 50 ml <\/p>\n
Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n
Para la crema pastelera colocar en un olla peque\u00f1a las yemas junto con la f\u00e9cula y el az\u00facar. Unir bien y a\u00f1adir la leche. Llevar a fuego moderado hasta romper hervor sin dejar de revolver. Cocinar por 1 minuto y agregar la esencia. Reservar.<\/p>\n
Para la torta, en un bol colocar az\u00facar, leche, huevo, aceite y esencia. Unir todo y a\u00f1adir la harina. Colocar la preparaci\u00f3n en un molde de 20 cm y volcar por encima la crema pastelera (con manga) en tiras (como si fuera una pastafrola).<\/p>\n
Llevar al horno precalentado por 40 minutos aproximadamente. Opcional: pincelar con alm\u00edbar (20 g de az\u00facar con 20 ml de agua, poner al fuego hasta hacer un alm\u00edbar). Y lista para disfrutar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
